诸葛霖比偎；很平的公路片，但好在叙事扎实，母子心里变化捕捉到位，层层推进，使得整个故事够慢慢的流淌完。对母子关系的探讨，并没有使用教条的说教，而是在诙谐的对话中展开，无论在美国还是中国，面临的问题都一样，如果能殊途同归那就最好了。还有就是开车横跨整个美国，算是另一个看点吧。
